The Botnia Facial

A Botnia facial begins with a conversation about your skin, your skincare routine, and your skin goals. Then it’s time to relax and enjoy the process. Your skin will be cleansed, and your esthetician will customize (from 23 different raw ingredients) an exfoliating mask and a finishing mask based on your skin needs. You’ll be pampered with our botanicals and a gentle massage throughout the treatment. When you’re finished, your skin will feel hydrated and rejuvenated, with that post-facial glow! 

At the end of your treatment, your esthetician will also make recommendations for changes to your home care routine that will best fit the skin goals you’ve both discussed. There’s even an option to customize your Daily Face Cream or Body Cream with boosters from our back bar targeted specifically for your skin goals!

Fully trained

During her 20 years of experience as an esthetician, our founder Justine began formulating products based on the results she was seeing in the treatment room, testing single ingredients, and noting their effects on the skin. In that time, she’s discovered the best plants that will heal specific skin conditions in the gentlest way possible. 

Our holistic estheticians are all trained by Justine on each back bar product before ever giving their first Botnia facial. In that education each product is highlighted with its key benefits, who it’s meant for (plus contraindications), why, and when it should be used during the treatment process. The same goes for our retail products. At the end of your facial, our estheticians are excellent at recommending the best home care routine that’s specific to your unique skin. 

If you follow us on Instagram, you’ve probably also seen us host masterclasses for our spa partners throughout the year. When a spa is picked to be our partner, we promise to help continue their education and update them with the latest in the natural skincare world to use in their practices. This means that your esthetician is fully educated on the evolving science behind using our skincare!
