Application
Community Partnerships Coordinator
24-32 hrs/week onsite (potential to grow to full-time)
Thank you for your interest in a career opportunity with Botnia. Due to high volume, only those applicants selected for an interview will be contacted.
If you love spreadsheets as much as seedlings and want to help independent spas and studios discover better skincare we’d love to meet you!
What you’ll do:
Own the lead pipeline:
— Collect incoming inquiries from our wholesale form, Instagram DMs, and email.
— Sort and label leads by stage (new wholesale, qualified partnership, follow-up, etc.) inside an easy-to-use tracker or CRM we will develop together.
Nurture relationships:
— Send warm, personalized first-touch emails that feel like Botnia.
— Coordinate discovery calls between prospects and our team (think Calendly links, agenda prep, reminder emails).
Build the system:
— Research and help implement a lightweight customer-management platform like HubSpot.
— Keep data squeaky-clean: contact info, conversation history, samples sent, call notes, and next steps.
Keep us on track:
— Prepare quick weekly snapshots: number of new leads, where they are in the funnel, and any bottlenecks you spot.
— Work with Marketing to plug leads into nurture sequences (welcome emails, product education, upcoming event invites).
Be the voice of first impressions:
— Answer basic product questions or route them to the right teammate.
— Spot themes in inquiries (e.g., common hesitations or FAQs) and suggest resources we can create to help.
You Will Thrive Here If You…
— Love organization tools—whether that’s Google Sheets, Trello, or your color-coded planner.— Write friendly, typo-free emails and can follow up without feeling pushy.
— Enjoy chatting in DMs and aren’t shy about hopping on a quick Zoom.
— Have 0-3 years experience in customer success, community management, retail operations, or similar (skincare/wellness a plus, not a must).
— Pick up new software quickly and aren’t afraid to google “how do I set up an automation?”
— Care about sustainability, small business, and human-first values.
