| How To Use: | Begin by applying a warm, damp washcloth to your face for 20 seconds, centering yourself, and preparing your pores. Then, massage a quarter-sized amount of oil into face and neck using circular motions for 1 minute. Gently remove the oil with the washcloth and rinse clean. Spray your favorite toner or hydrosol after cleansing. Apply Wisdom Oil morning and evening on freshly cleansed skin after toning and moisturizing (or use in place of face cream). Apply Gentle Sun Cream liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure and as needed. Reapply at least evert 2 hours. |
