- -Plant physiology and key ingredients: looking at nature to seek balance and inspiration.
- -Nutrition for the skin: how our epithelial cells respond to nourishment.
- -The basics of a Botnia facial: high-level discussion of what goes into planning and performing a holistic facial.
- -Home care: helping your guest build their skincare toolbox and start thinking like an esthetician.
