    With a new client, the main thing is to touch and feel their skin first to notice imbalances in their skin and see if they’re oily or dry or a combination of both. Use your senses: does their skin look hormonal, acneic, or dehydrated? Especially with an unfamiliar client, you want to spend some time listening to them and mainly relying on your sense of touch to assess how their skin is doing that day.
