Shipping, Inventory, and Labeling Specialist


Botnia Skincare is seeking a part-time person to assist with inventory, labeling our already made skincare bottles and shipping our hand-made, organic skincare products. We’re looking for a detail-oriented person with a strong work ethic who wants to grow with our company.

Located in beautiful Sausalito, CA, the 20 hour/week job includes taking inventory of our products and writing batch numbers by hand on each item, using a label machine to label each bottle, carefully packaging each item so it will not break in transit, building boxes, communication with our accounts as needed, printing and managing shipping through online system, delivering boxes to local post office, cleaning and maintaining our sterile laboratory environment, ordering and organizing packaging supplies.

The wonderful person we hire must be a true team player and comfortable with the small business working environment. A jack of all trades mentality is a bonus, but don’t worry, we’ll train on every function of the position. You need not apply if you love drama, need constant hand-holding, are messy or disorganized, or if you hate people. 🙂

Classification & Compensation

This is a regular, half-time, hourly position
